2 antique pewter plates monogrammed marked touchmark

These plates are about 10" in diameter. I picked them up at an auction. I don't know much about them, and don't collect antiques. I am a genealogist (among other things), and I was thinking about all the wills of my ancestors that passed down pewter plates from generation to generation. I had never seen any up close. And my son kept nudging me to bid higher. So now I'm hoping to find a good home for them, and recover my investment. I did clean these up some. One of them had wax dripped all over it, as though it had been used under a candle that dripped. After I cleaned it up, I decided I should clean the other one too. These are heavy and weigh about 22.5 ounces each. These are both mongrammed on the front and marked on the back. T is a single mark in the center of the back of each one. The initials C W M are in the touchmark. I scanned the mark in high resolution so it should show up well. I also have another plate with a different mark that I will be listing in a separate auction. From what I have been able to learn since acquiring these plates, they are probably American made - since t is part of an eagle in the touchmark. Other than that I don't have a clue. These plates are very used - very scratched, pitted, dented, and generally banged up. Although I have no way of dating them, my best guess would put them in late 18th century or early 19th century.
