Set of 2 matching Antique Ridgways Indus small round bowls or side bowls. Oriental scene with birds, cranes, lovely foliage and bird nest. It is enhanced with dark rusty red and some of the motif has a lustre finish to it, although you can't see it in the photos. It is on some of the leaves, flowers, and birds. Registry mark on the back indicates it was made June 15th 1877. They also have the Ridgeway hallmark of the loaded quiver and bow. T are a few hand painted numbers on the back of the dishes. Bowls measures 4 7/8" round x 1" tall. Bowls have crazing and staining. No cracks or chips. One bowls transfer pattern is a little ascrew, not quite on the rim of the bowl as the other is.
