2 stacking moulded plywood seats connected to chromed bent tubular steel bases with rubber cap feet. In "ultramarine" blue and designed by ARNE JACOBSEN. Manufactured in 2001 (dated on label under each chair) and made by FRITZ HANSEN since 1955 and distributed by KNOLL. Because they stack they may be able to be shipped in one box to save shipping charges. THESE ARE AUTHENTIC AND NOT THE CHEAP KNOCK-OFFS THAT CAN BE BOUGHT ON SOME EBAY SITES. Original design and licensed manufacture by Republic of Fritz Hansen." *************** T are some nicks to the paint on the seat area which can be seen on the "supersize" photograph of the close-up of seat. They are small, but definitely noticeable. THEY ARE NOT CHIPS TO THE WOOD. Other than this they are in excellent condition. BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE LIGHT IS FALLING ON THE CHAIRS THEY MAY APPEAR TO BE DIFFERENT SHADES OF BLUE, BUT THEY ARE NOT.The chrome is in good condition. ONE RUBBER CAP FOOT IS MISSING, which Knoll is mailing to me. YOUR BID IS FOR 2 CHAIRS.
