Montaigne Optic 7 " Tall Water Goblets MARKED Baccarat NO RESERVE A recently widowed friend has asked me to auction a few pieces of Baccarat Crystal he has found. His wife worked as a Southern California sales representative for a company that was the exclusive distributor of Baccarat . The pieces I will be putting up for auction were either samples or come from her collection of Baccarat. Up for auction are 2 Baccarat Leaded Crystal Montaigne Optic Tall Water Goblets. These glasses were part of her collection. We could not find a box that fits, so please be aware that NO Baccarat box is included The Baccarat Sales Rep book that belonged to my friend's wife was used to identify the pattern. The book page is included in the photos The Replacements Ltd. website lists a Baccarat glass that seems to match these as a "Montaigne Optic Tall Water Goblet ". They say it is 7 inches tall. Their price for 1 goblet is $95. I measure these goblets as 7 inches tall. They are about 3 1/2 inches in diameter across the top. Each glass has the etched "Baccarat" logo mark on the bottom. T are no chips or cracks that I can find. T are a few barely visible tiny scratches on the bottom, w the glasses sat on a table. One has to really look hard with the glass upside down under a bright light to see them. I can feel one tiny scratch with my finger on the bottom of one goblet. Other than that they are in excellent condition. I am pretty lousy photographer so the photos don't look too good. I will pay for USPS Shipping Insurance in the amount of the final bid.
