Item - 2 Porcelain Altar Vases - Dresden Decoration Description - This auction is for a pair of matching porcelain altar vases, each measuring about 6 1/2" tall. I'm not familiar with the incised mark on the bottom though, so I'm not positive of the maker or vintage - I'd guess these to be relatively old though. They are hand-decorated in a German/Dresden-like gold and floral pattern. Good quality porcelain. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: If this type of item interests you, then feel free to add me to your favorite sellers list . That'll give you a heads-up if I find and post any other similar items. In the event that an item description is inaccurate, and you can provide clarification, please contact me while the auction is still running so that I can list any changes in the description. I try my best to describe items thoroughly, carefully and correctly, but I am neither an expert nor a collector. In no way would I ever knowingly misrepresent any auction item . I will gladly field any additional questions you may have about any item. As far as descriptions go, t are a couple implications. First, if I describe an item as being "red", you can infer that it is not "green." Also, if I don't say specifically that an item is "signed" then you can infer that the item is not signed. All photos are of the actual items - ALWAYS. Also, unless otherwise stated, I have not verified correct operational functionality of mechanical items. Tfore I must sell those types of items "as is." I ship strictly via USPS Priority Mail unless it is an oversized, or very heavy article. The reasons for this are: 1 - It gets to you faster, 2 - Less time in transit = less time USPS has to try to break it, 3 - USPS provides boxes, so unless it is a large item, I don't have to charge any packaging fees. This has been a personal policy and it has worked out quite well for folks. International Bidders - I will ship internationally, but only if the bidder contacts me BEFORE placing a bid, since shipping charges can vary greatly to outside the US.Be sure to check out my other items ! I will offer shipping discounts for purchases of multiple items. A 5% sales tax will be applied to all purchases in Massachusetts.
