This auction is one bid and NO RESERVE for a pair of very handsome ceramic plaques by Bjorn Wiinblad and in his signature aesthetic. Signed numerous times front and back by Wiinblad as shown and dated 1984. Guaranteed authentic. Handsome any time of the year, but especially at Christmas as these are are based on scenes from the Nutcacker Ballet. Evidently created by Wiinblad ca. 1984 to honor a production of the Nutcracker in Dallas. Each plaque measures about 6" in diameter and has a litle hole at the top for hanging. Both plaques are in MINT condition on very careful and honest inspection with NO wear or damage of any sort. NO chips, cracks, fleabites, repairs, missing parts, glaze crazing, etc. The pics are very honest and show the condition well and they are MINT and you will not be disappointed. Bid with confidence, a nice eBay opportunity; these are very unique examples of Wiinblad's work and I'm sure fairly rare. NO RESERVE and a nominal start and the pics tell the rest of the story.
