The Handmaiden of Westminster, Vermont is very pleased to offer this set of two rare Theodore Haviland soup bowls in the Schleiger 844 pattern. These bowls were manufactured in 1903. They have the Theodore Haviland France back stamp with the "Patent Applied For" designation. They were part of a major collection of Schleiger 844 that was in the same New Hampshire family for three generations.

These soup bowls are difficult to find! They are not available on any of the major replacement websites that I researched.

The Schleiger 844 pattern is highly prized for its elegance. It has delicate pink roses touched with yellow and the "double gold" trim.

These beautiful bowls are 7.25" in diameter. They are in excellent condition. The colors and the white background are pristine. They have no chips, no cracks, no hair lines, and no smudges. T is little or no loss to the double gold trim.

T is a faint pin sized speck and a few minuscule glaze imperfections (visible when you angle the bowl to a light source). Other than that, these bowls are in mint condition.

We will wrap these beautiful bowls with great care and send them to you anyw in the continental US via USPS Priority Mail. Please use the calculator on this page
