Matched Pair Antique Carved Chairs This auction is for the 2 really great old chairs pictured and described below. I sell alot of chaiors each year but these two have to be some of the most captivating we have come across in a long time. They are just stunning with the ornate carvings and the overall shape. They are both very solid and very comfortable. The wood carvings are very detailed. The fabric is not the best on one but the wood is damage free and these are well worth using as is or recovering. Measurements are at the bottom with shipping info. This is a very nice pair of heirloom quality antique chairs. This is a front view of both chairs. This is sort of an angled view. Check my other items and watch this auction. Never a reserve. MEASUREMENTS: These chairs each measures 41" tall atthe back. They measure 27" tall at the arms and 19" tall at the seat. They each measure 29" deep from front edge to w they would hit a wall at the back. They measure 28" wide at the widest point. SHIPPING INFORMATION This item is being safely stored in our warehouse in Abingdon, MD 21009. Only 3 miles and 2 turns from I-95 exit 77 just north of Baltimore. We can store this set in our warehouse free of charge for up to a couple months if needed. We can deliver it ourselves between about Philadelphia and DC for around $125. Closer distances may be cheaper but $75 is about the best were going to do anyw unless you live right in our town which is free. If you prefer to pick it up, that is fine. We are available 24/7 with 24 hours notice via email. If you have a shipping service you use we are happy to coordinate with them but the expense is yours. We do not provide ropes, blankets or any sort of packing. If you need help getting this set shipped we have sources we deal with regularly. I can have this set professionally delivered to pretty much any large city in the continental US including the west coast for $400 or less. East Coast shipping is much cheaper. Usually $200-300 max. We have a truck run from Florida to NYC every 2 weeks so deliveries within 50-100 miles of the I-95 corridor are fast and cheap. Deliveries along the 81 corridor are also cheap. One of our drivers lives in NYC so we have the cheapest shipping to NYC & Long Island. We pretty much go anyw cheap but our shippers dont go to the west coast much north of LA. Locations farther west could be as soon as one week or as long as 6 weeks. If you live in some off the wall town that is an hour from the nearest highway obviously it will cost more. I am willing to work with any suggestions you may have. Please ask for a quote if you are in doubt. I want to stress, we will help and usually handle the entire process but all arrangements and costs are still the buyers responsibility.
