2 Old Lily pat. Whiting 1902 Sterling Soup Spoons Presented are two sterling silver round soup spoons in the much sought after Lily pattern. This pattern was first made by the Whiting Mfg. Company in 1902. This is a beautiful Art Nouveau floral pattern with deep, crisp impressions and wonderful detail. These pieces are old production. They have the old Whiting hallmark on the reverse and the word Sterling. They are also stamped with the original patent date of 1902 and the registered date of 1902 indicating old production. The condition is excellent. T is only minor surface wear consistent with age and light use. The small marks that you see have been greatly magnified in our photographs. When these spoons are held in your hand, such marks are barely visible. All of the detail is sharp and crisp. T are no breaks, no dents, no repairs, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no problems. Each spoon measures 5 inches. The total weight of the spoons is 51 grams or 1.78 ounces or 1.6 troy ounces.
