2 OLD Wool Blankets, Big Enough For Paul Bunyan's Bed! I have no idea what these two heavy old 100% woolen blankets could have been used on! Be sure to look at all of the photos--these blankets are HUGE! Each blanket is over 14 Feet long and 6 Feet wide! The measurements are 171 inches long by 74 inches wide. T are no seams in either blanket, they are each just one continuous piece of wool! One of the blankets still has the tag--see photo. It says Pearce, with an arrow through the name, 100% Wool, Est. 1805, Latrobe, PA The blankets are two shades of pink and a creamy beige color in a large plaid pattern. Each end is trimmed with pink satin, which is stained on both blankets--see photos. T are a few small holes in each blanket, but nothing huge. I have taken a few photos. Neither blanket has any large rips, tears or stains, just the staining on the satin trim already noted. Both blankets look quite clean and they do not smell of moth balls or have a bad odor. They have been stored, however, and should be cleaned before using, as they are in "as found" condition. My curiosity is killing me and if any of you eBayers out t know what these blankets could have been used for, please drop me a line, I'd love to know!
