2 RARE VINTAGE LEATHER 1950s LOUNGE CHAIR/EAMES ERA Description: This is a no reserve auction. 2 wonderful tan leather and birch lounge chairs circa 1955-60. Made by one of the premier office manufacturers of the day Stow and Davis. Still in business to this day. Solid as a rock with coil inner springs and solid birch frame. Tan leather in excellent condition with 50 years making the leather soft. No cracks,tears. Minor scuffs. Tight joints. Wonderful form. Reminds of Robsjohn Gibbons chairs by Widdicomb. This was a well cared for item. Height is 34" by 25" wide and 23" deep. This will ship mainland USA to MOST large metro areas for 88.00 with you easily picking up. If you are even slightly semi-rural email zip for nearest pickup point. This will be packed extremely well and insured.
