This is a pair of 1900's cloisonne enamel/copper vases which came out of a Newport, Rhode Island estate.I know nothing about cloisonne with the exception that the work is very detailed, colorful and interesting. The vases are signed on the bottom. The weigh approximately 1 1/2 pounds each and are approximately 10" tall by approximately 4 1/2" wide at the top. These supposedly were done in the early 1900's. I will have to leave it up to you experts of cloisonne to determine if that is a fact.
