Usually I'll ship a day or two after I deposit a check or money order ( U. S. Postal Service money orders go out the next day ,) but I reserve the right to wait the five to ten business days my bank tells me it takes a check ( personal and offical bank issued ,) or a money order to officially clear. Items paid for with Paypal will be shipped within three business days after the payment is made .

Buyer pays USPS shipping and insurance - I ship the least expensive rate as possible and practical . No handling charge....I'm not trying to make a profit on the shipping . Generally , the shipping charge is what the USPS cost is . However , if I have to buy packing material , or if I have to buy or spend time looking for a box I may have to pass that cost on to the buyer . I try very hard to keep the shipping cost to a minimum . If you have a specific packing request please tell me when you send your address .

Insurance is recommended on all purchases - the USPS is pretty good but packages do get lost or damaged from time to time - I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit .

New York State residents must include 8.25 % sales tax, or a properly completed resale certificate (ST-120.) I will NOT mail the item without one or the other .
