UP DATED 7/28/08: Added close up photos to the bottom of this listing. I have Two (2), Fifty Eight (58") Inch Tall, possibly "Chippendale" Wing Back / Wingback Chairs. Two (2) Chairs are included in this auction. For the Chairs outer condition and size, as compared to me; see my photos below. THE AUCTION TERMS ARE: The bidding starts at only $195.99 for both chairs. And no; I will not separate. Per eBay's Auction Policies: Any item that is not paid for in full and picked up with in Ten (10) days of the Auctions close will be relisted for sale; a non paying bidder strike will be reported to eBay and negative bidder Feedback will be submitted. Both chairs are included in this auction and are being auctioned as "Cash & Carry, PICK UP ONLY" items. I can not ship or deliver these items to you. Again; both chairs are included in this auction, for just one price! Upon payment in full, you will receive the actual chairs depicted in these photos and I will provide you with a written receipt for proof of your purchase. PROVANANCE: The Two (2), Fifty Eight Inch (58") Tall Chairs, that are circa 1960s, and may be, Chippendale Chairs. They are VERY, VERY, RARE and very hard to find, anyw, Chairs. I spent Five plus (5+) hours searching all over the Internet (World Wide Web) trying to find any chair, anyw, that is similar to the ones that I have and I could not find a one. I could not find a single Chair or any other information any w on the Internet that was even close to my Two (2), Fifty Eight Inch (58") Tall Chairs. If you find a similar one, after your searching, I would be glad to hear of it! ITEM DESCRIPTIONS: The wood frames to the Two (2), Fifty Eight Inch (58") Tall Chairs are One Hundred Percent (100%) completely intact. The outer Brown wood is Mahogany. When you sit in them; nothing creeks, nothing is loose, t is no wobble. They are as solid as the day they were first made. T is No: mold, mildew, dry rot or any sort of bug infestations in either of these Chairs. The inside seat measurements, between the arm rests are; Eighteen Inches (18") across at the back, and Twenty Inches (20") across at the front of the seat, and Twenty Inches (20") from the front to the back. I only have One (1) original seat cushion, the other is missing. The outer fabric on the arm rests and other parts have obviously, seen better days, see photos. These Chairs are perfect for reupholstering and would be no challenge for an experienced upholsterer as the in sides of both of these chairs are One Hundred Percent (100) fully intact. For further information(s), see the "Q&A From Other Members" below. To help give you a better idea of the actual size of these chairs; I am for comparison. I am an even, Six Feet Tall (6'), Two Hundred Ten Pound (210 lb) man; with a Forty One Inch (41") waist and these chairs come comfortably right up to my under arm. These are BIG & Tall Chairs! are some more, close up photos of the Chairs. These Two (2) photos show w Kitty Cat clawed the Wings to this Chair, but left the Palm Rests alone. The wood frames to both of these Chairs are One Hundred Percent (100%) intact and solid as the day they were built. Again; both of these Chairs would need to be reupholstered. These Two (2) photos show w Kitty Cat left the Wings to this Chair alone, but chewed on the Palm Rests. I did my best to show all of the conditions of both of these chairs in my photos and descriptions.
