This listing includes two Zippo lighters with a black matte finish. The first one has "USS Tunny SSN682 ILLEGITIMI NON CARBORUNDUM" printed in an emblem that looks like an atom surrounding a submarine on a blue background. It simply reads "USS Tunny SSN-682" on the reverse side. The second lighter has "Commander Task Force Yokosuka Ja" in a circular emblem that includes Earth and the number "74". The reverse side reads "Commander Submarine Group Seven". I have no idea what these emblems mean so please judge this for yourself. Both lighters appear to be unused. As far as I can tell they are in mint condition. The plastic case for the second lighter is missing it's front/lid. I found a dating system for these lighters online. The bottom markings are hard to read because of the black finish. The "Tunny" lighter has three diagonal lines (from top left to bottom right). I believe this dates it to 1984 or 85. The "Task Force" lighter is newer I believe. It looks like it has a roman numeral to the right of Zippo but I can't begin to read it. I'm not very knowledgable about lighter collecting.
