Bottles contained Hefeweizen from the Dinkelacker-Schwaben Bräu brewery in Stuttgart, Germany, http://www.schwabenbraeu.de . Bottles were emptied circa 2008 and contents were outstanding. Following emptying of the bottles each bottle received a warm water bath to remove the labels and wash out the residual yeast. Bottles were then inverted and air dryed.
