20 in. Aluminum Porthole With Glass This is a new reproduction aluminum porthole with glass crafted in the old nautical style. The porthole swings out when the lower wingnuts are loosened and disengaged. The aluminum requires small amount polishing, making this a wonderful collectible. Has three predrilled holes for easy wall mounting. Recalls the sailing ships and navy vessels of yesteryear. Would made a wonderful addition to any marine collection, or gift for the nautical enthusiast. Some of our customers use these to hold pictures, some hang on door to allow viewing thru door. The portholes we sell are decorative only, not for use outside to protect from a storm unless you install gaskets. This aluminum porthole mirror measures approximately 20 inches in diameter and 3 inches deep at wing nuts. Mirror 14.5 in dia. Both outer and inner rings are 1/2 in thick, inside opening is 16.5 in. 3 hidden holes for mounting flush to wall, or door.
