Hello! Up for bids is a very rare and hard to find book "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Seas" by Jules Verne circa 1896 . What makes this book super rare and extra special is that this book are a part of the Arundel Edition. Hardcover. It has no publication year. But the name of the publisher was W. L. Allison Co. of New York. Google seach revealed that this publisher operated from 1869 up to 1896. So it's a fair assumption that this book was indeed from the 1890's.....The book shows very obvious aging and shelf wear in the hardcover as shown in the pictures. Paper are so brittle, that by just merely touching the pages it can be ripped.....Paper turned brownish color. Smells very old.....Some pages are starting to fall off. But there are no missing pages. No pictures/illustrations. Just a very old book, possibly owned by a certain Mr. Turner No. 2 because of the marks written in the first page......It has 288 pages. Book measures 5 x 7.5 inches, 1 inch thick. This book needs tender loving care. This book is one hell of a holy grail for the true blue Jules Verne afficionados....
