This is a near perfect Proof American Silver Eagle 2003. Graded by NGC as PF 69 UC. NGC is one of the premier third party grading services. This is the actual coin you will be getting. It is gorgeous, without any toning or any visual defect as graded by NGC. Even the acrylic is shiny and unblemished. The coin in its acrylic has always been stored in a NGC holder and never tampered with. The coin is .999% pure silver minted at the West Point mint.
