The ingredients for this collectible were hand-picked by Boston Beer Company Founder Jim Koch and include all four types of Noble hops, Bavarian smoked malts, a variety of yeasts, including the same one used for champagne. It was aged in Scotch, Cognac and Port barrels. The container is Brazilian porcelain overlayed with copper and is reminiscent of a brew kettle. All of this results in an unprecedented item for the aficionado and collector.
