As per : Starbucks had 50,000 units of this card and matching sleeve produced in 2003. The painting was done in 1996 by Shunsuke Baba of Hawaii when he was eight years old. As a fund raiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Japan, this series also included a matching cup with this dolphin image. Starbucks donated proceeds to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Japan with the purchase of this card or matching cup. You are bidding on a new, unswiped Dolphins card from Japan. A Dolphins sleeve is also included. Unfortunately the sleeve has been water damaged. The picture and Japanese characters are all clear (not smudged) but the sleeve is warped. Card will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve. Ask us about combined shipping. If payment is not received within 7 days ofauction end, the item will be relisted. Because this card is so rare I am only offering Priority Mail within the U.S. For international buyers the card will be sent by USPS 1 st class international mail which does not have insurance and is at buyer’s risk.
