PIN AUCTION TERMS Bidding in this auction constitutes acceptance of all auction terms. Payment We accept PayPal only unless other arrangements have been made before bidding. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end unless you are bidding on multiple auctions in order to take advantage of shipping discounts Item condition All pin items are as received from Disney or other collectors. They may be new or previously owned, but are always in new condition. We do not sell abused or damaged pins. Unless otherwise noted in the description, all pins are sold without backing cards, boxes, or other accessories. For collectors who need them, we offer correct Disney backing cards (standard, limited edition, Disney Auction, cruise line) for most pins upon request for $1 additional per pin. Please check before bidding if you want to be sure we have the card for the pin you are interested in. All items are sold as-is, no returns unless t has been a SUBSTANTIAL mistake in the description. In the event of a dispute over what constitutes a substantial mistake, seller shall be the final authority. Shipping Shipping and handling charges are always clearly stated in our auctions. We do not negotiate shipping charges either before or after the auction. We will offer a shipping discount w stated in the auction when multiple auctions are won within 7 days. We may extend the period for bidders to add auction wins at our discretion, upon bidder request. If the discount is not clear, or the invoice appears to be wrong, please let us know. We usually ship within 5 business days of cleared payment, but sometimes it can be longer. If this is a problem, please check with us before bidding. Damaged or lost items Our responsibility for the item ends when we hand it to the carrier. Insurance is optional on most of our auctions, but if you choose not to insure and the item is lost or damaged by the carrier, we cannot help you. About USPS 'TRACKING' : All our pins are shipped with delivery confirmation, however, USPS DOES NOT scan the item in unless you take it to the counter. We use drop box and carrier pickup, so scanning usually does not take place until the item is actually delivered, and sometimes not even then. Experience shows that 20% of the 'delivery confirmations' never get scanned at all, even though they usually do get delivered. For this reason, buyer agrees that the first entry into the USPS tracking system, 'label printed' or 'USPS notified by seller', constitutes proof of shipment in the event of any dispute. Signature confirmation is available to buyer on any USPS shipment for $1.50 upon request. Shipping outside the U.S. Most of our auctions are limited to U.S. bidders only, but ocassionally we make exceptions on higher value items. Please inquire if shipping to your country is not specified. We will fill out customs forms with correct information only. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, nor for loss or damage by carrier. Feedback We leave feedback when the transaction is complete. We consider it complete when we have received feedback from you indicating you are satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the transaction, we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern before you leave feedback
