This is Ginni Himstedt from 2004. She is 28" tall and has deeply tan-colored skin, warm brown eyes and brown hair. I am her second owner. She is in very good condition but is NOT MINT . Ginni has worked as a dressmakers model and has several light rubs on her arms, trunk, and legs. I examined her closely in daylight and did not find any rubs or other marks on her face. She is a smaller Himstedt doll and I found this to be an advantage as she is quite easy to handle. Ginni will come with all her originals. She is #629 of 713. Her original outfit is in good shape as I have stored it in a drawer the entire time I have owned her. I did notice some flaking on her red boots, and some wear spots on the buttons of her blouse and sweater. Please see the photos of these areas. Ginnie will arrive in her custom-designed smocked dress and bloomers. The hand-done smocking is an adorable design of birds caring for babies in a feathery nest. The fabric is poly-cotton Imperial batiste. The dress closes in back with mother-of-pearl buttons and a sash to tie in a fluffy bow. Collar, sleeves and front yoke are trimmed with pink gingham piping. Tiny embroidered roses decorate the collar. The dress is mid-calf length and the hem is finished with four deep tucks.
