THIS ITEM IS EXTREMELY RARE AND WAS NOT SOLD COMMERCIALLY.A rare smiling prototype of this FunRise action figure is a fun collector's addition for fans of Johnny Depp and/or Willy Wonka. He's about 6 ½ inches high, with hat.Photos of this smiling prototype were released in FunRise printed catalogs, and on the card backs of the finished products but the final version that was eventually mass produced, with accessories, for sale in 2005 has a different (non-smiling) face! See PhotosHe is currently disassembled and will be shipped in a well-padded box, with each piece snugly encased in bubble wrap. See photo for the separate pieces. His head (and possibly, appendages, depending on the level of handling that he is subjected to) will require glue to stay firmly attached and his coat has a small tear near the shoulder as shown in the photo. He shows signs of wear as he was a working prototype at Funrise and was therefore handled extensively. PLEASE REVIEW THE PHOTOS FOR DETAILS. He can easily fixed/reinforced if you wish to display him for the long-term.***Please note that the figure you are buying does NOT include a walking stick, base, mushrooms, or black/white balloon.
