2005 Longaberger Golf Club Basket with Protector, Lid & Family Signatures

This golf club basket was available during 2005 and has been retired, and was available only at the Longaberger Homestead in Frazeysburg, Ohio. It is large enough to hold golf balls, golf gloves, or other golf accessories. It would be a great addition to your collection or a gift for the golf enthusiast. It features:

Warm brown stain with navy blue upsplints. Measures 10" round x 6-1/4" high. Navy blue trim with pewter ID tag "Longaberger Golf Club Basket 2005" at top of basket. Swinging metal handle with wood grip that extends 6-1/2" above the basket and is secured with metal brackets. Clear protector is included. Wood lid with pewter knob engraved with "Longaberger Golf Club". Bottom of basket has the signatures of Judy Longaberger (8) and Jeff Longaberger (12). These were obtain during a visit to the Longaberger Homestead. The family added their last name to the signatures in 2005. They said they don't know why they changed except it must have been a slow day. Some days now they regret it!

The basket is in excellent condition and has been displayed in my non smoking home. The original purchase price for the basket, protector, liner and lid was $117.90. This auction does not include a liner, which usually runs around $15-$20, which would make the original price approximately $100 for this set. I have set a low initial bid and no reserve for this auction. My husband has not upset me in a while so I will continue to comply with his request that I minimize my collection of baskets!
