Hi and welcome to our no reserve auction. Here we have an Alderney silver proof £5 coin commemorating the Queen & Prince Philip in 2007 weighs 28.3g of sterling silver, In capsule, with certificate starting to tone on reverse - doesn't really show up in scan Yes, all shipping is done at our risk, not yours. Yes, we ship internationally. Yes, we combine postage. (please wait for invoice before paying as we have to combine costs manually) Yes, we accept returns, and offer a full refund if it is our fault. Full details below:- UK Shipping : We send our silver items tracked, which although slightly more expensive, protects both of us in the event of loss. Should your item fail to arrive we'll re-imburse you and claim from the Royal Mail ourselves. Unlike many sellers we do not ask you to take responsibilty for postal losses. We do not intentionally make a profit out of our p&p charges, but occasionally we get estimates of our weights and package sizes wrong (or just forget to update from one listing to another), so if we have overcharged you please contact us and we will refund any difference. Items under £50 are sent First Class Recorded and over £50 are sent Special Delivery. All items are packed in jiffy bags Combined Postage : If you buy several different lots we will do our best to combine postage, within the size, weight and value constraints set by the Royal Mail. So four or five low value single coins would be posted together for only one postage charge. Bulk lots we still offer combined postage, but obviously a bigger heavier parcel is more expensive to post so we have to pass those charges on. The only time we may not be able to discount postage very much is if the total value exceeds £50. As in this case we will send the package special delivery (so if you bought three coins at £20 +£1.70 p&p each – the postage charge would still be £5.10 as we would send it special delivery. Of course if you bought 10 coins at £20 +£ 1.70 p&p each, then depending on the weight the postal charge would be about £6.) I'm sure you get the idea! We will never charge you more than it says on the listing, even if we've made an error Please wait for (or request) an invoice before paying - we have to combine the postage manually International Shipping Rates We're happy to ship internationally. If there is no price displayed on the listing please email us for a quote. Heavy items can cost a fortune to ship overseas, so please check first. Generally we charge about £2.50 for items up to 100g up to £15 value (ordinary air mail, including insurance), £7.00 for single items under 100g over £15.00 (international signed for). Combined shipping is still available for overseas items – subject to the need for International Signed For, if the total exceeds £15. (or £20 for EEC) We always fill out Customs Declaration's honestly - we will not under-declare values, so please don't ask. It is also your responsibility to check you are allowed to import the coin you're bidding on, and it is your responsibility to pay any customs duty on it. As we send items as packets not letters they tend to take longer to clear customs - average delivery time outside the EU is about 20 days, so we respectfully ask you to be patient when waiting for delivery. Returns : Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us before making a return. If there was a mistake at our end either with delivery or description, we will issue a full refund including postage on receipt of the returned item.
