This auction is for the limited numbered College Patches, Authentic Autographed Notre Dame Patch card of Jeff Samardzija from the 2007 Donruss Elite Extra Edition Sports Card Set. They only made 150 of these cards and this is card #65/150. This is card #CP-JS in the set. This card is in near mint to mint condition.
