FREE INSURED USPS REGISTERED MAIL SHIPPING! Payment Options: Paypal. Note: All funds must clear before item is shipped. Shipping and Handling cost: FREE Shipping: Items can only be shipped to the high bidder's registered ebay address. If paying with Paypal, items can only be shipped to the high bidder's confirmed paypal shipping address. Shipping Destinations: Unless otherwise specified, items will only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States or to US military addresses. US Postal Insurance: The shipping price includes US Postal Insurance that is purchased for the amount of the winning bid. Unfortunately, I am unable to exchange or replace items lost or damaged during transit. A postal insurance claim will need to be generated and insurance will have to refund any money awarded to you in those situations. Late Payments: If your payment is received more than 10 days after the auction ended, the sale will be voided and I will start recovery of my final value fees from Ebay. This most likely will result in you receiving an unpaid item strike to your account, so please pay within 10 days. Returning an item: I offer a 7 day return privilege and will refund the full amount of your purchase price if you decide to return an item. If you need to return an item, you must inform me via the eBay message system prior to 7 days after you receive the item. Packing and Shipping Returns: To prevent any issues with damaged or lost returns, I highly recommend you carefully pack the item and insure the item for the full amount of the purchase price . If an item is lost or damaged during the return transit and you failed to carefully pack and/or insure the item for the full amount of the purchase price, I cannot accept this item and you will most likely receive the damaged item back, or worse, lose money.. So please do not let this happen and carefully pack and insure the item to be returned for the full amount of the purchase price. Defective Items: My listing descriptions will always state any deficiencies that I find on an item, whether it be spotting on a silver coin or some other observable defect. If I offer an item that has a stock photo, I will guarantee that the item you will receive will be free of obvious defects. If I sell an item that is defective, I will always state the defect and have the actual picture of the item in the listing. I will honor a return on a defective item even if it was accurately described, however, if I feel that the listing accurately described the defect, or if I sell, say, a coin graded MS69 or PR69, and you think it is not perfect (well the graders didn't think it was either) and return it, I will most likely block you from bidding on any of my listings in the future. Please bear that in mind if you like my services. *** I NEVER SEND SECOND CHANCE OFFERS *** Please Note: For your protection and for security reasons, no second chance offers will be sent for this or any of my listings. If you receive a second chance offer for this listing or any of my listings, it ...
