Up for auction is the 2008 Royal Copenhagen Christmas Plate. Sven Vestergaard has decorated the theme of the 2008 "Copenhagen Christmas" plate. The 2008 plate shows the Danish capital's Stock Exchange, City Hall, Round Tower, Christiansborg Palace, the Church of our Lady, Our Savior's Church and the Marble Church. This plate measures 7 inches. This is a new first quality plate in a new box with certificate of authenticity. The master mold will be destroyed at the end of the year making it impossible to reproduce the plate again. Any true collector of Royal Copenhagen Christmas plates will want to have this plate!!! Royal Copenhagen made their first plate in 1908. This 2008 plate celebrates 100 years of Christmas Plates from Royal Copenhagen!!! Sales tax is only charged if sent to WI or IL.
