ANYTHINGYOUWANTDIRECT - SPECIAL SALE UNITED CUTLERY BRANDS - PRODUCTION SAMPLE SALE This is a genuine production sample from Kissing Crane KC5048 American Classic Bowie with Top Grade Brown Leather Belt Sheath FEATURES: I got this item with a pallet of other production samples and prototypes from the United Cutlery Co. After the close of Camillus Steel Works and Bertram Cutlery in Germany, Taylor Brands bought up many name brand companies, including Kissing Crane, and made newer knives in China using the old German name. This knife was part of the new production of knives. The entire knife is new except for some surface cosmetic scratches that could all be buffed off with ease. The tang marking was also slightly ground off denoting that it was not to be resold. DIMENSIONS: 16 3/4" overall, 10 5/8" mirror polished stainless steel full tang blade, black composite handles with nickel silver parts. Brass pins and steel finger guard. The enitre knife is top grade. The sheath is a top grade embossed leather with a snap close for the finger guard. New in the original factory box.
