You are bidding on a NEW 3" Red MPA Decal. The decal is vinyl and will not run, fade, crack or peel. A great addition to your Decal Collection. This decal is a reproduction and is for collection purposes only and is not to be used for anything else.

All shipping in the United States under 14 oz. is sent First Class With Delivery Conformation. All items 14 oz. and heavier are sent Priority Mail with Delivery Conformation. Items are usually shipped within 1-3 Business Days.

International orders are normally sent out Air Parcel without delivery conformation unless the buyer opts for Global Priority mail.

Once a package is sent, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. If USPS shows it has been delivered, but is missing, it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office.
