This listing is for a 2009 S NGC PF 70UCAM "SILVER" Proof State Quarter VIRGIN ISLANDS of the US territories . This is the final year of this 11 year in this ever popular collection. Needless to say, each year has consistently appreciated in value every year and should only continue on this path as several years aren't readily available on the wholesale level anymore.
