STEVEN STAMKOS TEAM CANADA GAME WORN RED 2010 HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIPS JERSEYThis beautiful red Team Canada jersey was purchased from Hockey Canada. This pro-weight shirt made by Nike is a size 60. It was game worn by #91 Steven Stamkos for the 2010 Men's World Hockey Championships held in Germany. Stamkos after winning the Maurice Richard Trophy as the leading scorer in the NHL in the 2009-10 season, was second in scoring this year. He has now led the Tampa Bay Lightning to a stunning sweep of the Washington Capitals and he and the Lightning will next play the winner of the Boston Bruins vs Philadelphia Flyers series for the Eastern Conference title and the chance to play for the Stanley Cup.This particular jersey has a fully embroidered Hockey Canada crest and embroidered sleeve patches also sewn on. The name is made of twill material and is heat sealed to the name plate. The IIHF patch is sewn on to the lower right hem. This jersey was worn in two games of the Men's World Hockey Championships. It was worn Saturday, May 8th 2010 vs Italy and Monday, May 10th against Latvia. Team Canada won both games with Stamkos scoring a goal and an assist against Italy and a goal against Latvia.
