Above BU is Choice BU and Gem BU. These coins are not graded and as stated above are taken out of a sealed case of 500 silver eagles. The coin you received could range anywhere from MS60 to MS70 in quality however they are only guaranteed at BU quality which is as low as MS60. You should be buying this coin based on silver trade not quality. If you want a guaranteed quality coin you should be buying a MS69 or MS70 grade coin.
