This auction is for two 2013 American Silver Eagles. The United States has minted this beautiful American Silver EagleBullion coin for collectors each year since 1986. The coin is over 11/2 inches (40mm) in diameter and contains one ounce of .999 pure silver. It is legal U.S. tender with a one dollar face value. Of course the value of the silver content far exceeds the one dollar face value so you will never see one of these coins in circulation. The Silver Eagle features Miss Liberty on the front with an Eagle on the reverse. It is considered to be one of the most beautifully designed U.S. coins ever.
