Similar to Casascius Series 1 Bitcoins, Lealana produced a limited number of 2,000 of the series 1 coins. 1LTC – Nickel coated brass coin, 29.972mm diameter, 2,000 minted with series 1 sticker (no overprinted serial on the hologram), 8,000 minted with series 2 stickers. They sold out quickly and are no longer available from Lealana. These are considerably more rare and are worth more than the Series 2 coins. Series 2 coins are now serialized with numbers printed on the holograms (above the "L") running from 1-10,000, while Series 1 coins are not serialized.
