This is one of the first detailed aerial photographs allowed to be taken of New York City after World War II. It is dated 4-21-51. It shows Upper Manhattan, Washington Heights, Columbia University Stadium, George Washington Bridge, Ft. Tryon Park, and parts of the Bronx from just north of Yankee Stadium to used below Riverdale.
