Hard to find pieces in the much lovedSaga pattern, designed by Turi Gramstad Oliver for Figgjo Flint inNorway. Dating to the groovy 60's or 70's these pieces are all in fabulous minty condition, the colors bright and fresh. The only exceptions are the three mugs which look much faded. The auction is for 7 cups and saucers, 1 extra saucer, creamer and covered sugar bowl and three mugs. The cream and covered sugar set are in excellent condition and feature exciting floral designs. The 7 cups feature floral designs as well. The mugs have figural designs. Please see my other current auctions for more pieces in the Saga pattern. SIZE: Saucers measure 5.8"(14.5cm) in diameter, cups 3.25" (8cm) diameter CONDITION: All pieces other than the mugs are in excellent condition. The colors on the mugs are faded and there is one tiny nick on one footrim. (please disregard the yellow cast on some of my photos, the dinnerware is bright white) MARKS: all pieces are marked with variations on the SAGA Norsk Design Handpainted Silkscreen FF Norway mark SEE PHOTOSSHIPPING: *** If the lucky winner is PATIENT and NOT IN A HURRY I can mail this large and heavy parcel from the USA during a visit on Dec. 6. Shipping within the USA will cost $34 or $58 for Priority. Insured priority shipping to Europe will cost $75, UK and Japan will cost $85. ***GOOD LUCK
