One friction tire increases the tractive poweer This is the original lgb box with styrofoam inner box. I guarantee this to be as I have stated. I have owned this for 10 years and have never placed it on a track. I use smaller engines on my layout. Please ask questions and if I can not answer them I will ask a friend for help. But this is a fabulous engine and if you purchase the cars that go with this engine it is amazing to see. My buyer must be in the lower 48. I will ship with insurance and marked fragile.
