(22 PC) LAUGHLIN *Riviera* CENTURY DESSERT / LUNCH SET Four 5 Pc Place Settings + Platter & Oval Bowl HOMER LAUGHLIN USA "Riviera" Century Shape 22 Piece Set Fabulous 22 piece luncheon / dessert set for four in the Art Deco square Century Shape / Riviera pattern by Homer Laughlin. Included in this lot are 4 five-piece place settings, one in each color (red/orange, blue, green, yellow), plus a yellow oval serving bowl and a blue oblong platter. Each place setting includes a 9" luncheon plate, a 7" dessert plate, a dessert bowl, cup & saucer. Also from the same estate were other primary color pieces which made for a very cute collection (nested Pyrex bowls, Glasbake handled bean pots, orange fired on pitcher etc. - see last photo). (We can probably ship the small items along with this set but not the mixing bowls). MARKINGS (None) EXCELLENT CONDITION VERY nice condition overall! For this much old china it's probably about as good as it gets. T is one small flake on the edge of the yellow saucer, and a "scrape" to the glaze on the top edge of the yellow bowl - possibly original to production. The surface condition is excellent - I don't see any obvious signs of use. T is some minor crazing (really only noticeable on one of the yellow pieces). I'm sure you will be pleased with this wonderful collection! A wonderful addition to your Homer Laughlin Riviera / Fiesta dinnerware collection!
