Wonderful, 22 inch Little Genius made by Madame Alexander from 1948 thru 1949. This is a transitional doll made with a hard plastic head and composition hands and legs on a cloth body. She has a beautiful auburn mohair hair wig in original set, sleep eyes and nice coloring. I acquired this doll from the original owner. She is in very good to excellent condition with only some minor crazing on her legs. She wears her original organdy dress, (unfortunately the tag is gone) with matching bonnet, slip with matching undies, rayon socks and leather booties. The clothing is all in nice, clean condition with only one small hole in the hat and the elastic has loosened in the sleeves. A pretty Alexander doll, clean and ready to add to your collection.
