These are 24 brand new dip in pen nibs. They are called Shoulder Pen and were produced by ASH & Co, London. That is stamped on each nib. I have checked and discovered that Ash & Co were one of the original companies to be eventually taken over by Brandauer, the well known German pen nib manufacturer.
