We offer insurance as an optional charge on domestic & international shipments because very few packages are ever lost. We also package our items very well to prevent damage - so we leave it as an option to help keep your shipping inexpensive. If you accept and pay for the optional insurance we will accept responsibility for loss or damage during transit. If you do not purchase this insurance, you agree to assume all responsibility for the item. We cannot be held liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Please help us keep your shipping inexpensive by living up to the choice you make. Remember the alternative is to charge insurance on each and every package. COMBINED SHIPPING We are always happy to combine shipping. In order for shipping to be combined we require that all items are paid for using a single payment. If you are bidding on multiple items please email us, we allow up to 2 weeks for bidding to end. If separate payments are made, the full shipping charge will be applied to each item. Ebay will allow you to pay for multiple items at the same time. DOMESTIC SHIPPING Standard shipping for most items is USPS parcel post. Larger/Heavier items will be shipped via UPS ground. Most packages will arrive within 3-14 days. The US Postal Service will not allow claims to be filed for lost packages until 30 days have elapsed. Lost packages are rare, but we ask that when it occurs you work with us to resolve the issue. We ship quickly, but have no control over what the carrier does with the package once it leaves our hands. Packages will ship via first class mail, priority mail, or UPS Ground depending on the weight, size, and contents of the package. UPS Items are insured up to 100$ Additional insurance while not required is suggested. UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS Our shipping labels are created by Paypal or Ebay, depending on your payment method. Please make sure your address is correct and can be delivered to. If an item is returned as undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for paying for the item to be reshipped. If an item can not be shipped, you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the cost of shipping and a $5 return fee. RETURN POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As stated above insurance is added as an option. If you decline the insurance you will not be refunded if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping. Furthermore please make sure to communicate with us if the auction is for a random item. If you want a specific item please make sure you include that in all communications, especially through paypal payment, invoices are generated automatically so we will not see a request for invoice. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Flammable items such as paints (non-water based or flammable), fuels, and similar items cannot be shipped internationally. Some countries have restrictions on what may be imported into that country - please make sure you can legally import the item before you bid. Some countries have size restrictions on packages.
