Photo shows Carl Anthony, daredevil of Oakland, Cal doing a few pet stunts on the top of the flagpole of the Oakland Tribune building some 300 feet above the sidelwalk..................5-5-1925. Photo is missing the top left corner. This is part of a collection from a former employee of the UPI in Tribune Towers before this collection was moved to New York. Look for many more great images covering many different topics. These photos have been part of a working archive for many years and have had many different people removing them from folders.
