IN ORIGINAL FLATWARE CASE!! 26 PIECE ~ SERVING SET FOR 6 RED LUCITE & YELLOW BAKELITE NATIONAL SILVER CO. I have a real treat for you! This is a set of RED LUCITE and YELLOW (cream corn) BAKELITE flatware. I have seen a few sets of these fantastic pieces come up for auction...mostly just odd pieces and a couple larger sets...but I have NEVER seen a set for 6 in the original storage case!! The exterior of the case shows wear, but the hinges are good. T is staining inside the case but might be able to be cleaned. I will leave that up to the buyer. The original National Silver Co. silver foil label is still attached and t is also a small paper with cleaning instructions. T are 6 knives, 6 forks, 6 teaspoons, 6 soup spoons, 1 small serving spoon (or tablespoon) and 1 butter knife. T are total 26 pcs in the box. These usually sell for $12-$15 per piece when you can find them. The set in in great condition. T is no rust. A few of the yellow lucite pieces have some light marks (like from rubbing). It might only be set in dirt that needs to be buffed. It is barely noticeable but I just wanted to mention it. T are no cracks or chips on any of the pieces. Although some of the pieces are cut slightly different at the ends, it is not noticeable. The main thing is that the colors match exactly. The knives are marked Royal Brand Cutlery Company ~ Sharp Cutter. The other pieces are either marked N.S.CO (National Silver Company) or aren't marked, which is common. Don't miss out on bidding on this fantastic set. You might not get a chance like this again! The holidays are approaching. I have several items listed that would make terrific Christmas gifts. I am always happy to combine shipping, when possible. It will save tremendously on shipping charges, so please take this opportunity to look at my other items. PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS The winning bidder must contact me via email within 3 days of auction end. If paying with a money order, payment must be received by me within 10 days. If t is going to be an issue w payment might take more than 10 days, the buyer must email me before bidding to make arrangements. SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS The shipping costs will cover Delivery Confirmation to track your package. I charge a modest $2 handling fee, which covers the Delivery Confirmation and packing materials. I never require a buyer to insure their items. However, it is highly recommended. I always use bubble wrap and peanuts for breakables or appropriate packaging materials for non-breakables. If an item is damaged during shipping, IT IS UP TO THE BUYER TO GET REIMBURSED BY THE POST OFFICE. I will get the form from the post office and fill out my part. The post office will send the form to the buyer and it is then out of my hands. I will not accept that the item was damaged due to poor packaging because I package very well. Please see my feedback with verification of this. I appreciate my buyers purchasing my items and feel obliged to protect their items to the best of my ability. Thank you for understanding.
