O-27 guage track Marx track?

I bought this track on E-Bay. It was listed as Lionel track and it is NOT. It looks to be the old Marx track, I'm not sure no markings on it but narrow ties and rails like the old Marx stuff. Some rust on it, looks to be an easy fix. 33 Straight and 16 Curved pieces, some missing a pin or 2.
