Over the next several days, we will be listing several WWII military items. All items are of GREAT quality. We acquired these items with the intention of using them for video set and research purposes in the making of WWII documentaries. This venture never materialized and now we no longer need the items for the purpose(s) they were intended. As we have a deep respect and love for our WWII veterans and the "Greatest Generation", we would prefer that these items be added to the collections of WWII history enthusiasts who will display the items with care than allow them to be stuffed away in storage. WWII was the ultimate battle between good and evil on a scale of which mankind will probably never again witness. Thanks to the sacrifice of so many of the world's finest young men and women a truly evil power was ultimately destroyed. A great effort has been made to give detailed, accurate descriptions and high quality images of each item so that bidders will be comfortable that they are getting the absolute best we can offer them. Recently we experimented with listing some simpler items as it had been so long since we had sold on Ebay. Much to our regret, postage/shipping rates had increased MUCH more than we had planned prior to the listings and it caused us to take a substantial loss. We wish it were not necessary for us to pass on such costs to our customers/bidders. We thank you for your kind understanding. Shipping charge may be different for Canadian customers/bidders. Winning bidders residing in Canada MUST wait for a custom invoice to be generated through Ebay BEFORE making USPS shipping insurance is optional for this item and is an additional cost which will vary depending on the final bid price of this item upon the close of auction. ***If you want insurance, please do NOT use "check out" after auction close.
