OLS ST. KILIAN GERMANY TEAPOT & BISCUIT JAR UP FOR BID ARE THESE TWO PIECES OF ST. KILIAN GERMANY PORCELAIN, BOTH ARE NUMBERED. THEY ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH THE ONLY DAMAGE I COULD FIND IS A COUPLE OF FLEABITES ON THE RIM. THERE IS SOME SLIGHT CRAZING. BOTH FEATURE THE WOMEN WORKING IN THE FIELDS. THE TEAPOT STANDS 6" (WITHOUT LID) AND HOLDS 4 CUPS. THE JAR IS 5 3/4" WITHOUT LID. NICE FIND ON SOME RARE PIECES. PLEASE CHECK PHOTOS AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. We do not assume responsibility for abuse during shipping. We do not refund shipping costs on returns, FOR ANY REASON. But, if your package does arrive with damage, "you" can take the package to your post office and file a claim or do so on-line. This is your responsibility since you have merchandise, why insurance was purchased and because according to USPS the addressee is the recipient of the claim. If you need any further information that is not on the label or in your Ebay account, feel free to contact us for that information and we will send it to you. We will NOT automatically refund your PayPal account if you choose not to make the effort to make the claim. If you wish to return the item our policy is the same as EBay's. They will have you send the item back to us with tracking at your cost before issuing you a refund. If, you choose to return damaged merchandise rather than file a claim, you must notify us in writing that you are waiving your right to the insurance claim, so that we might file. We also STRONGLY recommend insurance, as you are responsible for returning the item in the same condition you have received it. So, if the item is damaged or missing pieces, you will not receive your money back. Shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the shipping agency, regardless of what you may think of our packing methods.
