I bought a large frame of some really nice artifacts from an Old Barn Auction in Findlay Ohio. The collection was only labeled as from an Ohio collector. The frame was full of really nice Dovetails, Bevels, Thebes and other top end pieces that all had just a ding or t To this collector they were not worthy of his best frames, but to the average collector they are centerpieces. I will list them all over the next few days so check out my other listings. This is another dovetail from the collection that belongs in a top shelf frame. This piece is a bit unusual. It is 3 1/8 inches long and made out of a nice glossy piece of black Coshocton flint. Base is somewhat tilted. Or if you were to hold the base straight the blade portion of the Dovetail is off at about a 15 degree angle. Tip is "bent" at the very end. It just appears to have flaked out that way. Nice thick blade at just under 1/2". Buyer to pay $5.00 shipping. I will combine shipping to save you money.
