Up for auction is a wonderful lot of THREE (3) antique hat pin holders. (We are selling the short one as a hat pin holder, because it was being used that way, but not positive...) Tallest one is marked GERMANY 120 in red on the bottom, with 34 and 297/2 inscribed into the porcelain. It measures a bit over 5 1/2 inches tall and is in fantastic condition. Some wear to the gold paint along the top lip, but no chips, cracks, etc. Lovely detailed flowers. Medium size one is marked Hand Painted Nippon in green on the bottom. It measures just over 4 inches tall and is also in fabulous condition, some wear to the gold paint at the top too, but no chips, cracks, etc. T is a small "ding" in the porcelain near the base that is under the glaze and is from the making. Lovely roses on this one. Third holder is unmarked, has a cork in the bottom. It measures approx 3 inches tall and is in good condition - it has a few rough spots on the bottom edge underneath. We purchased these at a local estate auction recently and will be doing the hatpins this week too. Please ask if you have any questions or need additional photos.
